Looks like Diddy might be spending a little more time behind bars than expected!
According to Page Six, the Bad Boy CEO’s projected release date has reportedly been pushed from May 2028 to June 2028 after he was accused of violating several facility rules, including making a three-way phone call and allegedly drinking homemade alcohol while in custody.
🗣️ Diddy’s Team Calls Foul
Diddy’s team, however, is pushing back on the claims. His reps say the three-way call was actually with his attorney, which they argue should fall in line under attorney-client privilege, not an actual violation.
A spokesperson for Diddy told Page Six last week that the Grammy winner was “in his first week at FCI Fort Dix [after being transferred from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center] and … focused on adjusting, working on himself and doing better each day.”
The rep continued, “As with any high-profile individual in a new environment, there will be many rumors and exaggerated stories throughout his time there — most of them untrue. We ask that people give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth.”
📉 Impact on Early Release
Despite that, prison officials reportedly still viewed it as a breach of protocol — and infractions like this can affect early-release eligibility or reduce good-time credits.
