Carmelo Anthony is gearing up to add a new accolade to his long list of career wins following reports that he’s set to be elected into the Class of 2025 Basketball Hall of Fame!
With an extensive career in sports and entrepreneurship expanding over two decades, Carmelo is being honored for his achievements both on and off the court.
The retired athlete played with the Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks, Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, Portland Trailblazers and Los Angeles Lakers throughout his 19 year career.
“For me, that’s it. There’s nothing else in basketball I can do,” said the ten time ten-time All-Star following news of his induction “That’s the pinnacle, that’s the door. When you think about Hall of Famers who are already in there and the way they opened up the door for you, that’s a special moment.”
I’m going to embrace this. I’m enjoying this,” added Carmelo.
According to exclusive reports from ESPN, news of Carmelo’s induction was leaked earlier than expected as the full class of 2025 will be shared with the public on Saturday (April 5th).
