Brooklyn, New York rapper Fivio Foreign has had an interesting kickstart to the new year by being tucked away quietly within a New Jersey jail and facing serious charges!
Fivio’s longtime lawyer Adam Lustberg has confirmed with TMZ; that his client has been accused of pointing a gun at a woman who had asked him for abjumpstart to her car on New Year’s Day in Edgewater, New Jersey.
An obtained police report details that Fivio allegedly pointed a firearm at the woman and said “If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a f problem.”
Authorities state that the witness recognized Fivio immediately and called 911. Edgewater Police also say Fivio was captured on a surveillance camera from the apartment complex—- noting that the video checks out with the alleged victim’s story.
The 34-year-old was arrested on January 18 and hit with charges of unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.
Adam says that he is confident Fivio will be released soon due to police never recovered a firearm from his client. He states that this case is the “flimsiest” he’s seen in over two years of him practicing law.
