Noir Nation, various news and media outlets have begun to share details along with shocking headlines regarding Diddy’s unsealed indictment!
According to reports from Fox News, the indictment was officially unsealed early Tuesday morning September 17th following Diddy’s arrest on Monday night. Sources state that the 54-year-old was arrested by the same division of Homeland Security that conducted the raid on his Los Angeles and Miami homes back in March.
A three part, fourteen-page indictment includes details from previously issued lawsuits filed against Diddy, including the ones filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones and former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard.
“We are talking, as you said, sex trafficking, prostitution, racketeering, kidnapping, narcotics offenses, arson, bribery, drug charges, including during the raids. They found oxy, GHB, ketamine, cocaine, and MDMA. They found AR-15s,says TMZ’s Harvey Levin.
A grand jury in New York City alleges that Brother Love “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desire, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct,” and that his illegally manufactured enterprise went on “for decades,” reads court documents obtained by Fox News.
“During Freak Offs, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant,” the indictment reads, adding the victims and Combs himself often received IV fluids to recover from the exertion and drug use, reports E News. “Sometimes unbeknownst to the victims, Combs kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers.”
As we previously reported Law enforcement officials noted that Diddy’s arrest was scheduled for Tuesday, September 17th, however, a non-disclosed change caused agents to move in a day earlier.
