Cousins! Ex-Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin will now be carrying out the remainder of his sentence for the murder of George Floyd in an Oklahoma facility!
According to CBS News, Derek was originally in custody at the Tuscon Federal Correctional Institution in Arizona, that is until he was transferred to the Oklahoma Federal Transfer Center last Friday August 9th.
For privacy, safety, and security reasons; the Federal Bureau of Prisons could not comment on Derek’s transfer.
News of Derek’s transfer comes months after he was stabbed while in custody at an Arizona correctional facility.
