Cousins! A lawyer has been sentenced to a decade in Federal prison after hiring a man he believed was helping him to arrange the death of his children’s mother!
Attorney Allen Gessen received his ten-year sentence on Friday in San Francisco confirms the U.S. Department of Justice Northern District of California.
According to NBC Bay Area News, the 49-year-old initially came into contact with an undercover FBI agent back in 2022 as he was being investigated for money laundering that Summer.
Allen is said to have met with the undercover agent two times.
Within the scheduled meetings, Allen is said to have provided information about his ongoing feud with Zimbabwean model Priscilla Chigariro, and the legal custody proceedings he had undergone.
Prosecutors state that he had also attempted to utilize connections he thought the believed Federal agent had to “quickly transformed from bribing an immigration official to deport his former partner” to “hiring someone to murder her.”
Reports read that Allen had initially offered $100,000 for the bribery and immigration deportation scheme. However, he then changed his mind and decided that he wanted the woman dead and offered $50,000 to have it carried out.
Prosecutors detailed in court that Allen had stated that it, was” cheaper to get rid of her,” and served as a permanent solution to his problems. He also declared that he wanted full custody of their children.
Court documents confirm that Allen had attempted to hire a hitman to kill his former partner in the past but they had raised their price to $210,000.
Allen is said to have wired $23,000 to the undercover FBI agent’s bank account in San Francisco as a downpayment to have the woman killed.
Prosecutors confirm that he drew up an agreement form under fake consultation services paperwork to cover up the nature of their business. Allen is also said to have disclosed to the man his former partner’s whereabouts, day-to-day schedule, and lifestyle.

“I can’t even begin to explain how I felt in that moment,” Priscilla said in a January 2023 Youtube series recalling how she felt after learning a hit had been placed on her life.
“All I remember was this feeling of — I don’t know how to explain it. It’s like I stopped feeling anything. I was so confused. I could not digest it. I couldn’t understand it. It was refusing to sink in.”
In the five-part series, Priscilla said she and Allen had previously lived together in Zimbabwe and Russia as she worked as a model.
She says that the relationship was abusive and recalled one time Allen had hit her so hard that she “passed out.” Priscilla says that there were times where Allen would keep her son away from her.
Reports read that Allen had been indicted in July 2022 on charges of one count murder for hire and was later convicted by a jury. He has since received 120 months in prison and is to undergo three years of supervision following his release.
