Cousins! Cardi B’s longtime close friend Star Brim has officially been sentenced regarding a string of charges within an active RICO case!
According to exclusive reports from All Hip Hop, Star Brim also known as Yonette Respass was found guilty of fraud, assault and additional charges. On Tuesday March 12th she was sentenced to a year in prison.
This comes after Star had pleading guilty to criminal activities in connection with the gang 5-9 Brims.
Court documents issue detail that the 5-9 Brims are a coalition of the Bloods gang. A total of 18 members have been charged and indicted under a RICO.
Sources state that Star has been referred to by prosecutors as being the ‘Godmother’ of the gan. She has been accused of ranking high enough to orchestrate numerous criminal activities, including fraud and assault.
Following Judge George B. Daniels’ ruling, Star Brim will be under close supervision which forbids her from associating with any members of the Bloods, including on the Internet.
