Cousins! A New York City judge has ruled for former President Donald Trump alongside his organization to dig deep in their pockets and cough up over $350 million dollars following a civil fraud case ruling!

CNN news reports that along with the nearly $355 million fine, Judge Arthur Engron has named Trump responsible for accumulated interest. He has also been banned from serving as an officer or director of any company in New York after being found liable for fraud, conspiracy, issuing falsified statements and business records.

Trump and his business executives including his sons Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump are said to have forwarded blame within a failed attempt against their accountants. CNN reports that both of them have been ordered to pay $4 million each for personal profits from the fraud. They’ve also been banned from serving as executives in New York for the next two years

Within a 93 page verdict, Judge Engron stated that Trump is in unremorseful and extremely likely to commit fraud again.

“Their complete lack of contrition and remorse borders on pathological. They are accused only of inflating asset values to make more money. The documents prove this over and over again. This is a venial sin, not a mortal sin. Defendants did not commit murder or arson. They did not rob a bank at gunpoint. Donald Trump is not Bernard Madoff. Yet, defendants are incapable of admitting the error of their ways,” wrote Engoron.

“Defendants’ refusal to admit error — indeed, to continue it, according to the Independent Monitor — constrains this Court to conclude that they will engage in it going forward unless judicially restrained,” he added.

According to NBC News, New York Attorney General Letitia James says that with the included pre-judgment interest, Trump’s judgment totals over $450 million. She says the amount “which will continue to increase every single day,” until it is paid in full.

“Donald Trump is finally facing accountability for his lying, cheating, and staggering fraud. Because no matter how big, rich, or powerful you think you are, no one is above the law,” says James said in an issued statement.

She refers to the ruling as being “a tremendous victory for this state, this nation, and for everyone who believes that we all must play by the same rules — even former presidents.”

Following the issued verdict Trump stated, “ We’ll appeal and we’ll be successful.”

He also took to his social media platform of Truth Social calling the judge’s ruling a, “Sham.”

“An illegal, unAmerican judgment against me, my family, and my tremendous business,” wrote Trump.
