Cousins! Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish has officially been charged with a DUI following a recent arrest in Los Angeles!
According to reports from TMZ the L.A. District Attorney’s Office decided to move forward in charging Tiffany with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving after confirming her BAC was a .08%.
As we previously reported Tiffany was arrested in Beverly Hills back in November after she was discovered slumped over the wheel of her car blocking the road with her car.
Tiffany was booked for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. In less than 24 hours of her arrest she appeared onstage at long beach as she joked about the incident.
The 42 also also has a pending DUI case in Georgia following a 2022 incident.
According to TMZ, Georgia officials are currently seeking to implement more strict restrictions for Tiffany. It has been indicated that prosecutors want to alter her bond conditions by prohibiting her from indulging in the possibility of alcohol or drugs completely.
If convicted of both offenses the comedian can face possible jail time. California and Georgia’s laws require jail time following a second offense reports TMZ. A minimum sentence is four days in California and three days in Georgia.
