Diddy Responds To Fourth Sexual Assault Lawsuit, “Enough Is Enough”

Cousins! According to reports from Page Six, another woman has come forth with claims that she was sexually assaulted by Diddy!

In a newly issued lawsuit, JANE DOE has detailed claims that she was gang raped and sex trafficked when she was in the 11th grade by the Bad Boy CEO and his friends. Within the issued suit Jane says Diddy, his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre, and another unnamed male sexually assaulted her in 2003.

JANE says that she was originally approached in her hometown of Detroit, Michigan by the former Bad Boy President Harve when he described her as being “Hot”. She says that he told her his “best friend “ would love to meet her and that he put her on the phone with Diddy.

Jane says that Harve insisted she fly with him to NYC where she would meet Diddy and that she agreed. She says that Harve forced her to perform oral sex on him before their flight to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.

Upon landing Jane says, “she was taken to Daddy’s House Recording Studio, owned by Combs and Bad Boy, where she was plied with drugs and alcohol by Combs, Pierre and a third assailant, who had flown with her and Pierre,” reads court documents.

The issued filing reads, “As the night wore on, the 17-year-old Ms. Doe became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to have sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age.”

Jane says she was raped in a bathroom at the studios by Diddy and that he removed her underwear forcing himself on her as she “hung over” a sink.

“While at the studio, Ms. Doe was gang raped by Mr. Combs, the Third Assailant and Mr. Pierre, in that order,” the filing continues.

“Mr. Combs then watched on as Third Assailant, who Ms. Doe had not even realized had begun to have sex with her, raped Ms. Doe as she told him to stop.

“After Third Assailant was finished, Mr. Pierre took his turn at raping Ms. Doe and then violently forced her to give him oral sex, during which Ms. Doe was choking and struggling to breathe.”

Within the filing she alleges “the evening became a blur, Ms. Doe does recall Mr. Combs, Mr. Pierre and the Third Assailant hitting on her incessantly, stroking her body, asking to see her ‘ass’ and telling her how ‘hot’ and ‘sexy’ she was.”

Along with the forwarded suit Jane is said to have provided photographs of herself sitting in a then 34-year-old Diddy’s lap.

“Various other pictures were taken in the studio that night, leaving no doubt that Ms. Doe was in Mr. Combs’ New York City studio, with Mr. Combs, on the night she was raped.”

Page six reports that Jane is seeking monetary relief for the alleged assault in the New York courts.

She says that Cassie’s civil suit against Diddy led her to take legal action for herself.

Diddly has since responded to the latest issued lawsuit on social media in an official statement. “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” he said. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”

He continued, “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
