Cousins! A judge has officially sentenced Blueface to a suspended sentencing of 24-60 months in prison, indicating that he will only serve probation. However if any of the terms of his probation are violated he will be ordered to serve time behind bars!

As we previously reported Blue was arrested back in November 2022 for an October shooting outside of a strip club in Las Vegas that took place around 4 AM.

According to reports from Law & Crime, Blue born Jonathan Jamal Porter, received a suspended sentencing of 2-5 years in prison. His attorneys Kristina Wildeveld and Lisa Rasmussen confirmed that he will only serve probation after Judge Kathleen Delaney had accepted Blue’s plea deal over the summer, which specifically allowed a probation-only sentence.

8 News Now reports that the victim Kentavious Traylor was shot outside it Euphoric Gentlemen’s club located on Windy Road in Vegas on October 8th. The male says that he didn’t originally recognize Blueface as he claims he had spoke to him earlier that night.

Court documents detail that the tragic series of events began as the Kentavious joke about Blue, “speaking with some females in a cheap vehicle.” Reports read that in response Blue let off a series of gunshots, in which he was grazed in the hand by one of the bullets.

It has been indicated Prosecutors had originally charged Blue with attempted murder. His accepted plea deal has since decreased the charges to battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure.

Conditions of Blue’s conditions detail that he must stay away from guns in all capacities and has limited access to certain areas within the state of Nevada.
