Judge Denies Big Sean & Jhene Aiko’s Request For A Temporary Restraining Order Against A Reported Stalker; Scheduled Court Hearing Instead!

Cousins! Big Sean and Jhene Aiko are currently seeking legal protection following reports that a crazed fan has popped up to their concerts, events, and even their home demanding to see them!

According to reports from TMZ, Jhene appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday to file for a protective restraining order against a 29-year-old male named Ian Craig Lees. The mother of two explained that she is in fear for her life following multiple instances where Ian has popped up to the same locations as her.

Jhene has stated that she does not know Ian and doesn’t have a relationship with him of any sort.

The 35-year-old singer explained within obtained court documents, that Ian has frequently been going to her events and showcases determined to speak with her.

However, things apparently worsened when Ian is said to had gotten into a physical altercation with the residential security guard in Jhene and Sean’s neighborhood.

Reports read that the crazed fan had jumped the security post and gate of the couple’s home as he made his way inside of where Sean, Jhene, their son as well as her daughter live.

Jhene made a request to have Ian prohibited from being able to come within a 100 yards of her, Sean or her children.

Unfortunately her request was shot down as a judge instead set a court hearing scheduled for September 14th.
