California Court Of Appeals Revives Two Lawsuits Against Michael Jackson For Sexual Abuse!

Cousins! A California court of Appeals has officially approved to revive two lawsuits against the estate of Michael Jackson upon issued claims of sexual abuse of two minors!

The ruling was declared on Friday as the lawsuits of James Safechuck and Wade Robson have now been approved as they both have accused Michael of molesting them for years as kids.

TMZ reports that both James and Wade previously took legal action against Michael’s corporation MJJ Production. However, their cases were dismissed in 2021 by Los Angeles County Superior as they ruled that the company had no legal duty to protect either of them because they had no ability to control Michael.

Court documents read that the California Court of Appeals disagrees with the previous ruling and approved for both of their cases to be sent to trial.

According to PEOPLE, three appellate court judges Justices, Elizabeth Grimes, John Wiley and Victor Viramontes of the California Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and against Jackson’s MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures companies as well as additional two corporations for which Michael was the sole owner and lone shareholder.

Wade alleges that the King of Pop molested him at his Neverland Ranch when he was a young boy from the ages of 7 through 14 years old.

James’ lawsuit details that he was 10 years old when he met Michael while on the set of a Pepsi commercial. He claims that later down the line the singer eventually began bringing him to his bedroom and sexually abused him for four years.

“We are disappointed with the Court’s decision. Two distinguished trial judges repeatedly dismissed these cases on numerous occasions over the last decade because the law required it. We remain fully confident that Michael is innocent of these allegations, which are contrary to all credible evidence and independent corroboration, and which were only first made years after Michael’s death. We trust that the truth will ultimately prevail with Michael’s vindication yet again. Michael Jackson himself said, ‘lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons,'” says Jonathan Steinsapir, attorney for the Estate of Michael Jackson.

Both men appeared in HBO’s 2019 film “Leaving Neverland” where they called out Michael’s corporation for failing to protect them from Michael’s alleged sexual abuse as children.
