Cousins! We have another lituation on our hands as Will Smith and Martin Lawrence confirm that another ‘Bad Boys’ film is on thee wayyyyy!
The legendary actors announced the major news on social media earlier this week during a link up. Will and Martin were all smiles as they embraced one another, letting fans know that the new film is actually happening.
According to reports from YBF the upcoming film is already in pre-production at Sony Pictures, and will be directed by Adil El Arbi alongside Bilall Fallahfrom. Together they also directed ‘Bad Boys for Life’’ which officially reunited Will and Martin just 25 years after the original film.
The third installment debut in theaters January 2020, grossing more than $426 million dollars worldwide during the MLK weekend. The entire franchise has now racked up a total of $840.7 million dollars.
It has been indicated that the upcoming film will be produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Smith for Westbrook, Doug Belgrad, and Chad Oman, with Lawrence, James Lassiter, Mike Stenson, Barry Walden. With Jon Moneserving working as an executive producer.
Fans took to social media with excite following the news.
