Cousins! While walking the red carpet last night for the Hollywood pre-premier of ‘The Best Man : The Final Chapters’ actress Nia Long shared her excitement for the upcoming series as well as entering new chapters within her own personal life!
While speaking with Entertainment Tonight Nia spoke on how she feels towards the Boston Celtics franchise’s decisions to release sensitive information that has deeply affected her family.
“Absolutely. 100 and one percent. He was the first person who said it. I agree with it,” said Nia in response to Stephen A. Smith’s comments that Ime Udoka’s cheating scandal should’ve been handled privately.”I think it’s been incredibly difficult for me to manage all of that while working and trying to be a mom — I’m trying to find the humanity in all of it.”
Nia explains that she feels as if no one considered her or her children’s feelings and that she thought that the Celtic’s organization were more close knit. “It feels like no one thought of me, of my children. There was no protection. I think the Celtics were irresponsible and it was hurtful,” Nia declared.
“It really was, because we were welcomed in as family and then it’s like, ‘Well, what happened?’ But I’m figuring it out.”
As we previously reported a source close to the former couple confirmed earlier this week that despite their shared 13 years together they have decided to call it quits.
