Cousins! Folks on social media had a field day cutting up after word got out that a venue reportedly offered buy one get one ticket sales for DaBaby ‘s upcoming showcase in Alabama!
According to trending reports the proposed venue located at Iron City 513 22nd St S Birmingham, AL only holds 1,300 people at a time. On the Eventbrite website it shows that tickets were selling for $22 dollars each along with an additional free ticket for every purchase. The $5.92 processing fee was not included in the ultimate price.
The BOGO ( Buy One Get One Free) tickets were available for purchase through November 14th and are non refundable.
Once news of the warranted sale spread online, social media users chimed in with jokes declaring that the North Carolina was receiving Karma for his controversial series of events within the last few years and that he was officially canceled.
From DaBaby’s homophobic and sexist comments made at Rolling Loud Miami during his set where he said, “If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that’ll make you die in two to three weeks, then put your cellphone lighter up.” He then followed up in saying, “Ladies, if your p***y smell like water, put your cellphone lighter up. Fellas, if you ain’t sucking dick in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up.”
DaBaby on Baby rapper also found himself in further drama surrounding his relationship with fellow artist DaniLeigh. The couple shared a viral moment on Instagram live last year in the middle of the night as they argued in front their newborn child.
Not to mention the backlash he received after brining Tory Lanez on stage with him the same night Megan Thee Stallion was scheduled to perform.
Slightly unfazed by the online comments surrounding his upcoming Alabama show, DaBaby took to his verified Instagram with a skit showing himself laying on the ground of his property surrounded by numerous high priced vehicles.
A man off camera within the clip can be heard asking, “Ayo, what happened to your leg?” DaBaby then responded, “I was at the top, but then I fell off,” DaBaby responds with a laugh. “Help me up, n***a. Help me up, I fell off.”
He then gets up laughing and limps to one of his cars. “I FELL OFF🙋🏾♂️😂 But nah fr man GOD IS GREAT,” reads the caption. “I ran this shit up from NOTHING & still stand firm on morals & principles. I’m BLESSED. & Filled with gratitude no matter what.”
Earlier this year DaBaby’s show in New Orleans was canceled following reports of low ticket sales. However his team denied the claims stating that a promoter failed to fulfill undisclosed obligations.
