Instagram model Gena Tew came forward with a heartbreaking video clip not too long ago revealing that she was recently diagnosed with AIDS. Since then she has provided an update on her current state while being transparent with her ongoing health journey!

In a recent interview with TMZ, Gena speaks on continuing to fight against AIDS and how she has been able to regain weight how her vision slightly improved.

Within the conversation Gena revealed that she had underwent a surgery a few days ago conducted in Memphis, Tennessee that was successful.

As we previously reported Gena had initially became deeply I’ll before learning her diagnosis. “Everyone keeps asking how I got AIDS. I didn’t know I had it”

She says at her sickest point she weighed 65 pounds, but now she’s slowly putting weight back on.
