Looks like the folks of NOLA weren’t too interested in seeing DaBaby perform in their city after a scheduled show of his was canceled for selling less than 500 tickets for as low as $35 dollars!

The upcoming showcase was scheduled to take place Friday September 1st at the Smoothie King Arena. As of right now the Ticketmaster website is not listing the exact reason for the concert’s cancelation only a disclaimer that reads, “Unfortunately, the event organizer has had to cancel your event.”’

According to reports form Nola.com, sales were extremely low for the event with less then 500 ticket sales out of a 14,000 venue space even with tickets as low as $35.

As news of the show’s cancelation began to surface throughout social media, DaBaby took to Twitter with a message as well as Instagram with a repost from a fan page.

The post shows a throwback photo of him and an unidentified male with a caption that reads, “ I love being the underdog, something about climbing up out the mud make them victory’s bigger.” DaBaby also wrote, “ Can’t wait to climb 😊 “
