Following Beyonce’s confirmed lyric change upon the release of her latest studio album Renaissance , Monica Lewinsky is apparently requesting for the Texas native to keep the same energy and change the lyrics to her hit single ‘Partition’
As we all know this is not the first time Monica has taken to social media to speak on the lyrics. “He Monica Lewinsky’d all on my gown.”
The single line lyric, refers to a dated tabloid fiasco involving former U.S President Bill Clinton and herself as she worked as a White House intern. Taking place within the early 90s, the incident ultimately lead to Clinton being impeached.
As we previously reported Beyoncé received a bit of backlash earlier this week, as her latest album featured a lyric from her song ‘Heated’ that included the word ‘sp*z’. The word has been deemed as being an ableist slur. That’s when Monica pulled up to the function on Twitter suggesting the same work be done in regards to partition.
She also made time to respond to the mountains of backlash she received after requesting on mo’ time that Beyonce change the lyrics.
