Lamar Odem says the spirit of his late friend and former teammate, Kobe Bryant, still lingers around him!

TMZ spoke to Odom outside of the Los Angeles International Airport. While rocking his Kobe and Gigi tribute pendant he received as a gift on the anniversary of their devastating death, Lamar said, “He [Kobe] comes to me in dreams.”

“[He’s] just talking to me all the time,” Odom said of the dreams. “‘Hang in there. Keep fighting.’ A lot of s***.”

Lamar has previously stated that while living in the Celebrity Big Brother House, he has vividly dreamt of Kobe about four or five times.’

According to BET. Odom then showed a neck tattoo of Kobe, adding, “to me, he’s like not too far away. Especially when you’re dreaming of someone, and they talk to you in that dream, you’re definitely going to remember it.” 

The basketball stars played together from 2004-2011 for the LA Lakers and won back-to-back NBA championships in 2009 and 2010.

Lamar Odom says he loves returning to LA because he can feel Kobe Bryant’s presence. And that his late friend continues to inspire him every day.
