Buffalo Supermarket Terrorist Set To Face Multiple Federal Hate Crime Charges With Possibility Of The Death Penalty!

White supremacist and terrorist responsible for the gruesome Buffalo, NY supermarket mass shooting is currently facing multiple federal hate crime charges with the possibility of the death penalty.

As we previously reported Payton Gendron, 18 killed 10 Black civilians last month at a local ‘Tops’ supermarket.

According to CNN news, attorney general Merrill Garland met with the families of the late victims as well as visiting the site of the incident.

“No one in this country should have to live in fear that they will go to work or shop at a grocery store and will be attacked by someone who hates them because of the color of their skin,” said Merrick.

The incident is still under investigation by the FBI. Following a search at Payton’s home officials have discovered that the racially based attack had been underway for years. Sources confirm that a laptop with a document reading detailed plans for the attack dates back a few years, but he had gotten serious earlier this year back in January. A receipt was also discovered in his room with the date of March 8th, 2022 from the same store.

The obtained document reads, seeking to protect and serve my community, my people, my culture, and my race” and said he has never been diagnosed with a mental disability or disorder. He allegedly stated that his goal was to kill “as many blacks as possible” and to “avoid dying.”

It has been stated that the teen also left behind a handwritten letter for his family prior to the attack. Payton apologized for “this attack” and explained that he his motive was because he cared “for the future of the White race.”

Official share their beliefs that the teen visited the store multiple times, even on the day before the attack and again, two and a half-hours before he began shooting. Court documents state that Payton purposely “counted the number of Black people present inside and outside the store.”

-And that prior to the shooting, he “observed a ‘healthy amount of old and young’ Black people.”

An issued complaint notes tmultiple customers and employees “took shelter in a stock room, a conference room, a freezer and a dairy cooler” and others fled through a rear door.

It has been stated that the Payton unleashed ovee 60 shots during the attack.

The complaint also notes that the rifle used in the inhumane attack had writings on it alongside racial slurs with the phrase “The Great Replacement.”

Payton is said to have selected the Buffalo ZIP code with the highest percentage of Black people closest to where he lived and a store with a large number of Black people, read court documents.

According to CNN, a grand jury in New York returned a 25-count indictment against Gendron on June 1st. Payton is currently facing 10 counts of first-degree murder, 10 counts of second-degree murder as a hate crime and three counts of attempted murder as a hate crimeaccording to court documents.
