Megan Thee Stallion appeared in her very first television interview to discuss the 2020 shooting incident allegedly at the hands of Tory Lanez following a pool party in Hollywood Hills!

While speaking one on one with Gayle King, for ‘CBS Mornings,’ Megan explained what took place on the night in question and how a simple conversation amongst friends escalated within a direction of no return.

In the interview Megan details, “It was an argument because I was ready to go and everyone else wasn’t ready to go. But that’s like normal friend stuff. We fuss about silly stuff all the time. But I never put my hands on anybody. I never raised my voice too loud. This was one of those times it shouldn’t have got this crazy.”

She continued, “So I get out of the car and everything happens so fast. All I hear is this man screaming, he said ‘Dance Bi***’ and he started And I’m just like omg he shot a couple of times. And I was so scared.” She then goes on to say that Tory was standing up and shooting over the window. “I didn’t want to move, I didn’t want to move too quick because if I take the wrong step I don’t know if he would shoot something that’s super important or he could shoot me and kill me. I was really scared because I have never been shot at before.”

As we previously reported, Los Angeles County D.A.’s Office has charged Tory with one count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, along with one count of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.

It has also been indicated that Tory is being accused of inflicting great bodily injury. If convicted, the Canadian native could face a maximum sentencing of 22 years and 8 months behind bars.

Though he is unable to speak on the case publicly, Tory has continued to maintains his innocence and has pleaded not guilty to all forwarded charges. As of right now the case is scheduled to go to trial sometime in September of this year.
