2021 Miss Alabama beauty pageant winner Zoe Sozo Bethel shocked many following the news of her tragic death!

According to The Daily Mail, further investigation has provided a deeper insight into Zoe’s passing, along with reports that she had taken an unidentified cannabis substance that ultimately caused her to suffer a breakdown before running full speed of a third story balcony.

Am obtained police report from the outlet confirms that Zoe’s brother Santiago Roman has come forward in saying he was out at lunch with her on that fatal day and saw her take an unknown substance while they were at a local restaurant.

Santiago tells officials when he asked Zoe what was she taking she responded in saying it was cannabis that helped her to relax.

Once they returned to his apartment within the Miami La Piazza Navona condo building, he says Zoe began to complain that she wasn’t feeling well. Santiago says she began to act strangely and said she still felt “hot.”

It has been stated that as Santiago began blowing up an air mattress for Zoe to sleep on, he heard the front door open and realized his sister had exited the condo and was walking towards an elevator. He says after calling for her to return to the the apartment she had ultimately ran “full speed” towards the railing.

Officials confirm that they recovered 16.9 grams of an “unknown drug” from the scene of the accident. Zoe’s death has now been classified as an accident after previously ruling the tragic incident a suicide.

Her sister, Kezia, believes Bethel’s death is suspicious and thinks Miami police rushed to close the case. Other family members have also contended that Bethel would never end her own life.

As we previously reported The Miss Alabama for America Strong pageant winner was in a coma and had succumbed to severe brain injuries just one week after the incident.
