There’s been a new update forwarded within the lawsuit issued by a woman that accused Chris Brown of drugging and raping her on a docked yacht near Diddy’s home in LA!

It appears she’s going to have to find new legal representation following recent reports that her lawyer, Ariel Mitchell hit the bricks.

As we previously reported messages that the women sent to Chris have surfaced along with a voice note. Ariel states that since the woman didn’t inform her about the messages, she’s officially withdrawing from the case.

According to Radar Online local Miami Beach officials are still currently investigating the case and have received the messages between the woman and singer.
