According to ABC 13 News, the rapper passed away following injuries sustained from a fatal gunshot wound, he endured early Friday morning within the England Street area near Alice.
Sources confirm that First responders arrived on the scene and performed CPR on Snootie also known LePreston Porter before he was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Sadly over the weekend, officials state the 36-year-old had passed from his injuries.
The tragic news was confirmed on both Snootie’s Instagram and Facebook accounts Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately no arrests have been made at this time.
