Cousins!

An Uber eats driver is currently deep in thought of taking possible legal action against everyone’s favorite uncle Snoop Dogg for posting his personal information on social media in a now viral video clip!

Back in late January Snoop took to his verified Instagram account with frustration involving a delayed Uber Eats order that he states he never received. According to CBS Los Angeles News, the 11 second video clip racked up well over four million views and roughly 12,000 comments.

I contacted the customer many times and I also followed the protocol by the book,” the delivery driver tells local news that the incident has had a negative impact on his life. That he did his job in following the company’s policy of waiting 8 minutes.

“There’s my picture there and also there is my first name,” says the identified driver Sayd.

Sayd says that Snoop dragged him into a situation he didn’t want to be apart of by posting his personal information including his license plate, name and photo on social media amongst his millions of followers.

Reports read that Sayd hasn’t returned to work for Uber Eats since the January 27th incident. “After I see the video, I’m kind of like…I have anxiety and I fear for my family’s safety.

Since the incident, Uber has come forward in issuing the following statement:

We truly regret Snoop Dogg’s frustrating experience. We have reached to apologize and refunded him for the order.”

However Sayd feels like the company owed him the apology for failing to protect him as an employee.

When I read that, I just felt like it’s not fair because I am the one that deserves an apology from Uber Eats, not Snoop,” he said.”

He says prior to this incident he wasn’t on social media but now feels he was forced to do so. “I have to fight for my rights and family’s rights. I just feel like I’m not treated well from this celebrity or Uber Eats,” Sayd said.

Well Cousins, though we love Uncle Snoop as much as everyone else he may have dropped the ball on this one. everyone has a right to their own safety. however is a lawsuit really called for or is it a far reach? what yall think?
