Update: Cardi B Awarded $3.8 Million In Defamation Lawsuit Against Blogger Tasha K!

Journalist Mr. Dennis Byron, is coming through with a an updated report on the Tasha K. libel case! It has been indicated that she’s been ordered to pay Cardi B a total of $3.8 million dollars in the defamation lawsuit loss!

As we previously reported Cardi took home a major W on Monday after a court found Tasha alongside her company Kebe Studios LLC liable of defamation, invasion of privacy through false light portrayal and intentional infliction of emotional distress!

The official break down: Cardi has been awarded $1 million for general damages including “pain and suffering and/or reputational injury.”

As for attorney fees she’s set to receive nearly $1.4 million and $1 million in punitive damages from Tasha and $500,000 in punitive damages from Kebe Studios. Cardi was originally set to receive $250,000 for medical expenses, but new reports indicate that it was negotiated down to to $25,000.

This entire incident stems originally from an issued lawsuit brought on by the Bronx, New York native in 2019 after Tasha reportedly filmed nearly 40 videos speaking on Cardi.

The uploaded videos consisted of countless false allegations including the contracting of herpes, infidelity against her husband Offset, indulging in drug abuse, prostitution and more.
