Trey Songz has officially broken his silence in regards to claims of sexual assault forwarded by basketball player DylanGonzalez !
Dylan has recently called out Trey for allegedly sexually assaulting her a few years ago within a hotel she describes as being very popular. According to TMZ she’s currently weighing her legal options.
A spokesperson for the singer has denied all claims while insisting the charges will be dropped in predicting he’ll be completely exonerated.
“Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks,” says the representative.
Dylan’s attorneys of Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck tell the outlet they have plans to file a civil suit with the next few weeks. As of right now they haven’t mentioned the filing of any police reports or seeking criminal charges.

Dylan set social media on fire on New Year’s eve with a single tweet that read, “Trey Songz is a rapist. Lord forgive me I Couldn’t hold that in another year. See you in 2022 🤘🏽
Earlier this week she returned to Twitter with a tweet that read, “With what seems like endlessly reoccurring news of the alleged sexual assaults committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well known Las Vegas hotel.”

“I want to send my love, strength, and hope to all who are victims of sexual assault and its fatal nature. You are not alone.”
She continues, “I stand with you and encourage all those who have suffered abuse to speak out and come forward. Suppression of our voices only emboldens our oppressors, and you cannot heal what you do not reveal.”
“At this time, I humbly request my privacy, consideration and compassion while I fully commit to pursue the best course of action and all of my legal options.”
