A Dapper South Florida real estate agent has been named a prime suspect of vicious attacks on homeless men!

Authorities believe Willy Suarez Maceo is responsible for targeting the vulnerable men, shooting and killing two, and also wounding a third man.

The NY Post reported that the 25-year-old picked up the nickname ‘suspected serial killer’, from police on Thursday after being charged for shooting a homeless male late Tuesday in downtown Miami. The victim is alive and remains in extremely critical condition. Maceo was allegedly not done.

Just another two hours later, the assailant was caught on surveillance video, pulling up to a sleeping 56-year-old Jerome Antonio Price. The homeless man was murdered, a gunshot by Maceo who was in a black Dodge Charger. He has not yet been formally charged with Price’s murder.

Maceo was held on trespassing charges Thursday. He was found by Miami police in the 500 block of Northwest Sixth Avenue, with the gun suspected to have been used in both shootings. The plan is to escalate his charges to attempted murder and murder from the Tuesday attacks police have said.

Police interim Chief Manuel Morales announced on December 23 that they had taken into custody a real estate agent, suspected of these ruthless attacks. He added they suspect he is responsible for the third attack on a homeless 59-year-old male back on October 16. The person who killed him looked like Maceo according to surveillance photos. They believe there are likely others who were also brutally targeted for no apparent reason. The chief told the media “There may be other victims who suffered at the hands of this ruthless criminal. “

The Mayor, Francis Suarez, at the same press conference, announced alongside Morales, about Maceo’s arrest. Suarez said, “The fact that this particular person preyed on the most vulnerable in our community, is particularly upsetting.”

A first glance at Maceo reveals a clean-cut, licensed real estate agent working for Century 21 in Miami. Authorities are digging for a motive that would lead him to target these helpless individuals in a cold-blooded manner. His Facebook showed he is originally from Cuba. He has no prior arrests and does have a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
