Former New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has been cleared of charges related to double allegations that he kissed two women against their will!

According to People Magazine, there was credible amounts of evidence found however charges could not be pursued.

“In both instances, my Office has determined that, although the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning, we cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of the criminal laws of New York,” says Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah on Tuesday.

She states that Cuomo allegedly asked a state trooper formerly assigned to his detail asked if it were okay for him to kiss one of the women he’s been accused by.

Further reports read that the second accuser told investigators that Cuomo he allegedly, “grabbed her arm, pulled her toward him and kissed her on the cheek without seeking permission for such a greeting while the two were at an event at White Plains High School.”

It appears that same state trooper bae come forward with accusations of their own that Cuomo also participated in unwanted touching at an event at Belmont Park in September 2019.
Acting Nassau County District Attorney Joyce Smith said sometime last week that an investigation had discovered the proposed allegations to be “credible, deeply troubling but not criminal within the New York law.

As we previously reported Attorney General Letitia James that found Cuomo “sexually harassed multiple women.”
