Love and Hip Atlanta cast member Yung Joc is currently being accused of being an irresponsible dog dad!
The rapper is under fire following accusations of his dogs chewing through the fence of his home that was intended to secure them from escaping.
The dog breeder Joc purchased the two Pit Bulls he from has outed him as being irresponsible and claims that the dogs escaped because he wasn’t attentive.
According to TMZ, Joc says he paid $20,000 for the two dogs back back in April of this year from Los Angeles based breeder Andre of Big Gemini Kennels. Andre is currently offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who helps find the pit bulls named Nipsey and Bruiser.
He also tells the outlet that he believes Joc is withholding information on how the dogs escaped. However Joc caught up with TMZ to clear his name from the forwarded accusations.
The “ It’s Going Down” rapper states that he has footage of the pits chewed through the fences. He going on to say that he did his part to keep the dogs secured and comfortable within kennels alongside two chain-link fences. Joc says he is even surprised the dogs got out.
Word on the street, this is not the first time Joc has been in this type of situation. Back in 2010, his dogs got loose and attacked a neighbor’s puppy.
As a result of that incident, he claims the dog’s shock collars malfunctioned. He took care of his neighbor, paid fines, got the dogs back, and took full accountability.
Joc, please get it together. These are not cute little puppies; these dogs are to protect and attack if necessary!
