That old saying “what goes around comes around” to this day holds weight in accuracy but who knew it would hit this hard!

Trending reports confirm that one of the three men involved in the 2018 robbery of reality television star and musician Safaree has recently been found guilty of first-degree robbery and is currently facing up to 50 years behind bars.

According to North Jersey news Tacoma Ashman is scheduled for sentencing next year on Jan. 28.

Sources have confirmed that Tacoma alongside his accomplices studied Safaree’s social media page in-order to gain knowledge upon which pieces of jewelry he wears the most.

Fast forward to the traumatic incident together the three men robbed Safaree of $180,000 worth of jewelry at gunpoint from his Fort Lee, NJ home.

After the robbery, the men found themselves involved in a deep high-speed car chase with police across the George Washington Bridge into NYC.

In an 2018 interview with Angie Martinez, the Brooklyn native spoke about the incident  while becoming caught up with emotions

“I just got robbed at gunpoint,” said Safaree. “A couple of hours ago, I just got robbed. Two dudes with guns just ran up on me, me face down on the floor with a gun to my head. They just took everything.”

It has been indicated that Tacoma was also convicted on charges of resisting arrest and weapons possession.

He and the others have been accused of placing a GPS tracking device under Safaree’s car in an effort to establish his location.

However, it has been stated that the identified mastermind behind the incident is Shawn Harewood, who was once a friend of Safaree. He reportedly recruited Tacoma and another accomplice, Carl Harry, to conduct the robbery to keep the Love and Hip Hop cast member from recognizing him.

It has been stated that in April of 2018, Carl and Tacoma followed Safaree as he entered his luxury apartment complex, they snatched the jewelry from him, and then took off in a Black Cadillac Escalade.

After the police were on their tail, they ultimately crashed into a divider on the highway and were later arrested. Harry previously opted into to a plea deal in the case and was sentenced to 364 days and five years of probation.

Shawn’s court date was reportedly pushed back due to his lawyer having to leave the case for personal reasons.
