Gucci Mane And 1017 Label Artists Stand With Howard University Students As They Protest Against Campus For Better Living Conditions!

Cousins!

Gucci Mane alongside artists from his record label 1017 are coming together with students of Howard University as they protest against unmanageable dorm life living conditions!

According to The Hill, artists such as Big Fizzle, Big Scarr, Enchanting, Hotboy Wes and BigWalk Dog have all opted out of the Black College and university tour following reports of the uncivil conditions students are currently enduring.

“We’re still here! Students you are the revolution. We are the revolution. This is not okay,” Scare’s manager stated within an Instagram post today.

There’s also a video floating through social media of fellow artists standing with protestors as they sleep outside the university’s student center.

As we previously reported Howard University students have taken to social media in the last month to bring forward awareness to the unhealthy living conditions they’ve been forced to deal with while on campus dorm.

From footage of apparently leaking pipes and ceilings to molded walls and fungus students are anything but happy with their assigned living space.

In a series of tweets students have voiced their concern of the campus alleged conditions while pointing out that alumni are more concerned with the school’s HBCU reputations than the wellbeing of current enrolled students overall safety.
