A haunted house actor from Ohio has been fired following an incident where he stabbed an 11 year old boy in the foot earlier this month!

The incident took place at a fairground haunted house while the child was about to walk through the 7 floors of Hell area, reports wlwt5.

As the young boy continued to walk through the popular attraction the actor holding what has been identified as a Bowie knife attempted to scare him and ended up stabbing his foot.

“He walked up to my son and he was holding the knife, and his intentions were to scare him, but my son responded to him by saying, ‘That’s fake. I’m not scared,”’ says the young boy’s mom.

It has been indicated that the actor dragged the knife on the floor and stabbed the ground when it then struck the young child’s crock sandal.

Reports read that the young boy was rushed to the first aide area where both him alongside his mother refused medical attention, together they continued to walk through the haunted house.

“I didn’t want to make a scene, of course. I wanted to go about it the appropriate way,” says the child’s mother.

Berea Police Department Lt. Tom Walker confirms that he 22-year-old actor has been fired from the company and also charged with negligent assault.
“He went to his car and did this on his own free will and we don’t tolerate or put up with that,”says President of Night Scream Entertainment, Rodney Geffert says that 7 Floors of Hell follows strict rules and protocols. “He did something he wasn’t supposed to be doing.”

“I can’t explain why he brought the real knife,” says Lieutenant Walker. “He should have been using a fake prop or rubber, rubber knife. Obviously a poor decision on his part to bring a real knife to the fairgrounds. And he’s been criminally charged with negligent assault as a result of making that decision.”
