Following the explosive Lox and Dipset Verzuz blowout battle the long-standing rap group is finally receiving the recognition they deserve after more than 20 years in the game!

Amongst the Hip-Hop trios list of latest celebrations Jadakiss , Styles P and Sheek Louch have officially been honored with the key to their hometown of Yonkers, New York.

The key symbolizes their work of inflicting a positive change and efforts of making the city a better place.

“@cityofyonkers @mayormikespano we are honored, humbled and appreciative to have the keys to the city,” wrote Styles on Instagram.

“@sheeklouch @jadakiss @juicesforlife @farmacyforlife and myself will keep in mind and always remember the people are the true keys to the city! We will do what’s necessary to make it a healthier, safer, vibrant city for those coming after us…and will push to make it happen in other cities as well.”

In additional post alongside a video Styles continue to show humble thanks in a caption, “We just want to say thank you. Love is love. To the people of Yonkers, the mayor of Yonkers, we will be receiving the key to the city. Super dope, love is love.”

Following the major new me, the Lox announced their newest project to help uplift the community. “..We’re opening up a revised third park, a third workout station in Yonkers for people, kids, grownups, women and children to have family activities and keep focusing on on your health.”
