This past weekend Bow Wow and Soulja Boy competed in one of the most legendary Verzuz music battles to date!

As fans and fellow musicians gave the two rappers their long overdue flowers for their overall influence within the music game; ex girlfriend to Soulja, Nia Riley was forced to avoid social media all together due to pass alleged traumas from their relationship.

A social media user tweeted on twitter to Nia that evening, “sending love to the women who are watching literally thousands of people praising their abusers.”

Nia responded in since deleted tweets by saying, “the gift of acceptance is real. s/o to big man upstairs.”

As we previously reported Nia had accused Soulja of domestic violence earlier this year. Also claiming that he caused her to undergo a miscarriage.

“I stayed off the net most of the day,” Nia said in a reply to another tweet. “I’m not irrational [about] the situation but people who know me know, and if they entertained that s*** on my line [scissor emoji].”

Nia and Soulja appeared on realty television series such as ‘Love and Hip Hop Hollywood and Marriage Bootcamp: Hip Hop Edition’. Despite their long relationship the couple showed signs of a toxic environment on camera.
