Sunny Hostin of The View is currently trending on social media after comparing the treatment of police brutality victim Ma’khia Bryant to other white teenagers!

Her statement was made following CNN reporters Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon ‘s remarks defending the officer that shot and killed Mahkia, reports Fox News.

“The initial reports didn’t seem right … you were cautious about it,” stated Cuomo to Lemon earlier today in regards to fatal incident. ‘You were saying, ‘Huh, I want to see this one, I want to see this.’ Because there was a lot of emotion, understandably, you got a 16-year-old kid that’s gone.”

He continues, “ It’s a hard one, I do not know how to explain this to people in a way that doesn’t make somebody very angry.”

“We’ve got to be fair about what happens when police arrive at scenes,” says Lemon. “When they roll up on the scene, they see people tussling around, someone has a knife, and their job is to protect and serve every life on that scene, and if they see someone who is in the process of taking a life … What decision do they have to make?”
