He is seen kicking the woman’s head multiple times into the pavement. She was taken to the hospital following the incident now suffering from a fractured pelvis.

Sources have confirmed that Brandon has been charged with two counts of assault in the second degree as a hate crime, and one count of attempted assault in the first degree as a hate crime.

It has been indicated that he was serving a lifetime parole sentence for fatally stabbing his own mother to death in 2002.

Brandon has since been released in 2019 and was living in a hotel that also serves as a homeless shelter.
He’s currently in police custody.
