Following life threatening weather conditions in #Texas , President Joe Biden has officially declared the current occurrences a major disaster!

According to CBS News the Storm has claimed the lives of 27 state residents due to food and water supply shortages.

Sources have confirmed that Biden’s disaster declaration will allow federal funding to establish recovery efforts to eligible residents and businesses owners.

Recovery efforts range from temporary housing and home repair grants to uninsured property loss including low cost loans.

The established programs will provide assistance to individuals as well as business owners.

It has also been stated that Biden promises to work actively to help residents deal with the aftermath of the storm and to visit once it’s safe.
