Deadly father and son duo and identified murderers of Georgia jogger Ahmaud Arbery would like the word ‘victim’ banned from their upcoming trial!

Travis and Greg McMichael’s legal team is currently seeking to have specific terms and loaded words completely off limits within their court case for the murder of Arbery, 25.

According to the New York Post, the McMichaels are fearful that jurors may be prejudice against them.

As we previously reported Travis and Greg are currently facing charges for Arbery’s death. The two men chased and hunted Arbery while he jogged through a Georgia neighborhood within their pickup truck. Travis has been identified as shooting Arbery at close range as his son murmured the words, “‘f***** n*****”

The entire incident was recorded on cellphone footage by their neighbor William “ Roddie” Bryan who is also facing murder charges.

It has been indicated that the McMichaels are also requesting the words “ in life “ as well as photos of Arbery amongst family and friends be banned from the trial. Their attorneys also argued for Black Lives Matter face masks to be banned.

As of right now there has been confirmation of the assigned judge’s decision.
