In Case You Missed It: After serving six years in New York State prison, rapper Rowdy Rebel has officially been released!

Please join us in welcoming home Brooklyn rapper Rowdy Rebel, after serving six years in New York State prison!

Following his release, Rowdy also known as Chad Marshall, 29 has been placed on parole until 2025 reports Vulture.

Reports read Rowdy originally pleaded guilty in September 2016 alongside his friends Bobby Shmurda and Flea Montana for conspiracy in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

He was officially sentenced the following month and ordered to serve six to seven years in prison. However it has been indicated that Rowdy served a total of four years, not including his time prior to going upstate.

As we previously reported Bobby will remain in prison until 2021. He was denied parole back in September following a series of accumulated charges and violations. His maximum sentence expiration date is December. 11th, 2021.
