Netflix original hit series #Cheer cast member Jerry Harris has recently been arrested and charged for production of child pornography!

Harris 21, has been brought up on charges of “enticing an underage boy to produce sexually explicit videos and photos of himself,” reports CNN.

Sources have confirmed that the underage boy was only 13 years old at the time of the horrific crime.

It has been indicated that Harris appeared in court Thursday afternoon in Chicago, where he has been identified as a danger to his community.

Harris’s attorney argued that he was asthmatic and could be put at risk of covid19 for being detained in general population.

Reports read that any person found guilty of child pornography production can face up to a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years.
