#Update: Nebraska Bar Owner Indicted For Murder Of 22 Year Old Black Lives Matter Protestor!

A white Nebraska bar owner has officially been indicated for the inhumane and unjustifiable murder of a 22 year old Black Lives Matter protestor! Ex marine Jake Garden was indicted this week by a grand jury after being found guilty for the murder of James Scurlock , 22 nearly three months ago on May 30th, reports the Daily Mail.

Reports read that Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine had originally declined to file charges against Gardner and identified the incident as self defense.

However, after further investigation reports confirmed that Gardner obtained a gruesomely racist history.

Sources have confirmed that racist rants where discovered throughout Gardner’s text messages, social media accounts, and overall interactions with bystanders prior to the shooting.

Garden was charged with murder, attempted assault, making terroristic threats and using a gun to commit a felony.

As we previously reported Garden shot and killed James outside of his bar following numerous protests across the world in honor of George Floyd.
