Self made billionaire and multi media mogul Tyler Perry ‘s estate is currently under full construction with word of a farm and airport being built!

According to BET news, the estate consists of a 35,000 square foot mansion built across 1,200 acres within Atlanta.

Sources have confirmed that the estate will include an organic farm with horses, a pool, and a runway built for landing and take off for a jet.

It has been indicated that the estate is located within radius of Tyler Perry studios.
