Mr Unbothered formally known as #Omarion has recently filed a $200,000 lawsuit against the Zeus network for fraud following the airing of a #B2K concert!

According to The Blast ; the overall lawsuit derived from Omarion clearing the special for the network specifically back in February of this year based on a contract agreement that was never adhered to.

Sources have confirmed that the suit reads the agreement consisted of Zeus providing financial support of the special and were to, “share all subscriber data, and pay Plaintiff a set amount of every monthly subscription fee earned by Zeus for subscribers drawn to Zeus primarily by Plaintiff and/or the Content (a Monthly Revenue Share).”

However Omarion states, “The Defendants almost immediately began engaging in conduct which breached the Agreement and showed that the Defendants had never intended to honor the Agreement. During negotiations, the Defendants made the below statements to Plaintiff for the express purpose of inducing Plaintiff to sign the Agreement. All of these statements were fraudulent and the Defendants never had any intention of honoring them as evidenced by their immediate breach and refusal to follow the Agreements terms after Zeus received the Content it desired.”

The network is currently being accused of issuing false subscription reports as an attempt to not rightfully pay Omarion what he is owed.

Omarion states that the network didn’t establish accurate funding for marketing and instead depending on him to promote the special.
