Wisconsin teen #ChrystulKizer accused of killing her sex trafficker in 2018 has officially been released from jail on a $400,000 bail forwarded by an organization!

As we previously reported Chrystul,19 was jailed for two years upon charges of the murder of Randall P. Volar lll.

According to CNN the Kenosha County District Attorney’s office has stated that they will not provide current comments on Kizer’s release since the case is still ongoing.

” No one should be incarcerated for surfing violence against them” stated the Chicago bond.

Kizer currently maintains her innocence upon notions that Volar’s death was in an act of self-defense. However she is still facing first degree intentional homicide and use of a deadly weapon and four other felony charges.

“Far too often, survivors of violence — especially Black women and girls — are punished for defending themselves,” reads a forwarded statement from the unnamed organization. “Chrystul’s case highlights the urgent need for the criminal legal system to stop prosecuting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.”
