Nike Turns Shoe Parts Into Face Shields For Healthcare Workers Combating COVID-19!

#Cousins , the good folks over at Nike have committed to lending a much needed helping hand to the brave healthcare officials of the world by creating a one of a kind protective gear derived directly from parts of their signature shoes!

According to TMZ, Nike factories have already began to make full face shields and powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) lenses for healthcare officials in dyer need of protective and necessary supplies.

It has been indicated that the multipurpose collar padding from the signature shoes as well as cords from Nike athletic wear, bags and plastic were utilized to these create masks.

Dr. Miko Enomoto, associate professor at the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine has come forward to state, “The full-face shields help protect healthcare workers’ faces and also help to prolong the length we can safely use a surgical or N95 mask.”

He continues, “Nike’s generous response to the COVID-19 crisis helps to instill an added layer of confidence and support for healthcare workers, that we can safely carry out the jobs we were born to do.”

Reports read that the masks were forwarded for shipment last Friday April 3rd to OSHU.
