Defamed singer and song writer #RKelly has recently been hit with new federal charges on top of the mountain he’s already facing in both states of New York and Illinois!
According to TMZ, Kelly is facing new federal criminal charges against a minor by two new victims.
One of the victims identified as Jane Doe #5 has forwarded claims of a 2015 incident stating that she was under 18 at the time when she was forced to have sex with Kelly. She goes on to state that she contracted the sexually transmitted disease of herpes from him and he never disclosed that he had the virus.
It has been indicated that the second victim, listed as Jane Doe #6 states that she also contracted the same STD from the singer after having unprotected sex.
Both victims have stated that Kelly forced himself on them and used threats in order to attain sexual intercourse.
Sources have confirmed that the Eastern District of New York charges consists of coercion enticement, coercion of a minor and transportation of a minor across state lines.
Kelly is presently behind bars in Illinois while he awaits a trial hearing for multiple other federal charges.
