Spike Lee Cancels Out Remainder Of Knick’s Season Pass Following Confrontation At MSG!

#Cousins , it appears that Academy Award winning director and die heart New York Knick’s fan #SpikeLee has decided to cancel out his season pass after an alleged heated discussion at Madison Square Garden recently.

According to ESPN , Spike appeared on the series of First Take on Tuesday morning to plead his case of what happen exactly.” I’m coming back next year, but I’m done for the season. I’m done.”

A now viral leaked video shows Spike having a disagreement with MSG security outside of an elevator. It has been indicated that Spike was thrown out of the arena but sources have confirmed that the Knicks spokesman has clarified that he wasn’t thrown out he was just addressed for using the wrong entrance.

However Lee states that he has been using the same exact entrance for the last 28 years. Despite footage showing Spike and Knicks owner James Dolan grinning and shaking hands, he indicates that wasn’t the case.

“I wasn’t shaking his hand,” Lee said. “In fact, when he came over, I didn’t get up right away.” He continues, “I’m being harassed by James Dolan. I don’t know why.”

Since then the Knicks have released an official statement stating that, “The idea that Spike Lee is a victim because we have repeatedly asked him to not use our employee entrance and instead use a dedicated VIP entrance — which is used by every other celebrity who enters The Garden — is laughable.”

The statement continues, “It’s disappointing that Spike would create this false controversy to perpetuate drama. He is welcome to come to The Garden anytime via the VIP or general entrance; just not through our employee entrance, which is what he and Jim agreed to last night when they shook hands.”

Spike later responded referring to their statement as a bold face lie, “My head was spinning. I never had this happen to me ever by the Garden. So I didn’t even realize that someone was speaking. And I don’t remember shaking his hand.” He then added: “That was a setup. They set that whole thing up. That whole thing was arranged. Look at that picture. It’s from the roof. The clock above the basket is in the shot.”
