#Cousins; alleged murder suspect in the untimely death of beloved rapper and community leader Nipsey Hussle is scheduled for trial very soon!
According to the Daily News, Eric Holder, 30 is expected to begin his murder trial within the early weeks of April states Judge Robert J. Perry of Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday afternoon.
It has been indicated that Perry hopes to compete the trial no later than April. 14th, 2020 and is willing to began trial in late March if necessary.
Within the morning hearing Perry addressed Holder directly of the details for the fourth coming trial.
“Mr. Holder, as you know, this is an important case and a serious case. These cases take time to get ready for trial. You have the right to a speedy trial,” Perry states.
“Are you okay that we continue this case, and you come back on March 18 and we do our best to start your trial within 30 days. Are you okay with that?”
Holder then responds with a single word of “ Yeah.”
Holder is currently awaiting trial for the 2019 murder of Nipsey where he shot him within his head and torso.
Holder is currently facing charges for two counts of attempted murder and assault with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
